Listen to Episode #02 of our EPA podcast, get an impression about the European voices and some more information on how the podcasts are judged.

Europe sounds good

I mentioned before that one of the most intriguing aspects of the EPA is the variety of languages presented and the impressions you can get from listening in at some of the podcast. To give you an idea how this sounds we have selected a handful of podcast from several countries and play short bits in this episode.

If you like them you can click through to their pages on the EPA and listen to more of them:

This by no means is any indication of a possible winner or not, they are just examples – nice ones though. To understand more of the jury process the second part of this episodes shows you the different areas in which the jury will judge the podcasts.

What the jury judges

As explained during the podcast, the following criteria are evaluated:

  • content
  • form
  • continuity
  • presentation on the Internet
  • interactivity

For each area a set of questions (each with points attached) will be judged on the podcast to determine how muc points this podcast receives. In the end, everything is summed up and the winner per category per country is determined.
And remember, you can submit a podcast until September 20th -  So if your favourite podcast is sill missing, quikly add it!
