If we start having the budget like the Oscars I am sure we can also accomodate your requests. @dean will ping the server guy :) @Cian Irish (and other countries) are a very good idea as long as there are enough podcast to choose from plus we find somebody to be jury in that particular language @Jack as long as I understand the language, yes. If you want to allow FLV download (good idea) you need to configure the server MIME types or else it's going to send strings of text. I still haven't gotten to the part where the winners are announced. Next time, please use common sense and just announce the winners in HTML. Then post the video on someplace that has enough servers to handle the load, like YouTube.
